As literacy momentum grows nationwide, many leaders are navigating new investments alongside tight timelines and high expectations. But funding alone doesn’t create change; implementation does. This webinar explores how districts can translate literacy investments into meaningful, sustainable impact. We’ll examine common implementation pitfalls, the core elements of strong literacy systems, and practical questions leaders can use to guide decision-making. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to prioritize coherence, support educators, and build momentum in year one. Whether you are planning new initiatives or refining existing efforts, this session offers practical guidance grounded in the realities of implementation.
